As announced earlier this year, Greentech Homes is expanding The Farmstead. Phase 2 is now underway, kicking off the construction of 40 beautiful and eco-friendly farmhouse-style homes, community club house, resort style pool, and  with a private activities park for residents with community gardens, pickleball courts, a walking trail and more!

How is Phase 2 Going So Far?

The groundbreaking ceremony for the first Phase 2 amenity, the pool and clubhouse, took place on August 1st.
