Introducing Nature's Cove
Introducing Nature's Cove, Ooltewah, TN
At Greentech Homes, there are moments in development that feel less like opportunity—and more like responsibility.
Nature’s Cove in Ooltewah, Tennessee was one of those moments.
Years ago, when we were first introduced to this property, we stood in quiet awe of its natural beauty. In development, that’s a rare gift—but it also comes with tension. Because creating a community inevitably changes the land.
From the very beginning, our conviction was simple: we didn’t want to impose on the land—we wanted to move with it.
This property, once farmland, carried a richness of natural features that deserved to be preserved. So instead of clearing and reshaping without restraint, we approached Nature’s Cove with a sense of stewardship—preserving what we could, and allowing the land to guide the vision.
One of the most defining features of Nature’s Cove is something you may not immediately notice—but once you do, it becomes unforgettable: Wolftever Creek.
This beautiful creek wraps the entire perimeter of the community, creating a natural boundary that we were committed to protecting. Large portions of the wooded edges have been preserved, not only to maintain the integrity of the creek, but to create a sense of retreat and natural immersion for residents. But we didn’t want the creek to simply sit in the background—we wanted it to be experienced.
That’s why Nature’s Cove offers both private homesite access for select properties and multiple public access points for the community. Whether it’s kids playing along the banks, families cooling off on a summer day, or more adventurous moments like kayaking downstream toward Wolftever Bridge and into Chickamauga Lake—this is a lifestyle woven directly into the land.
From there, the vision unfolds into a series of intentional spaces—each one designed to bring people together in different ways.
The Cove
At the heart of the community, you’ll find The Cove—our primary amenity center and gathering place.
This is where energy and connection come together. A thoughtfully designed clubhouse anchors the space, alongside a resort-style pool, an on-site fitness gym, and a yoga lawn for moments of both movement and stillness. For families, there’s a playground for the little ones, while pickleball courts bring friendly competition into everyday life.
Trail access begins here as well, leading residents through preserved wooded areas and down toward the creek—connecting the built environment back to the natural one.

The Knoll
Centrally positioned within the community is The Knoll, a truly unique park experience.
Homes wrap around this hillside green space, creating a natural sense of enclosure and belonging. Designed with families in mind, the area will be safely fenced, allowing children to play freely while remaining close to home.
What makes The Knoll especially memorable is the integration of the hillside itself—featuring slides and natural terrain play that turn the landscape into an experience. It’s a place built for laughter, movement, and hours of simple, joyful activity—right at the fingertips of the residents who surround it.

The Lawn
On the opposite side of the community from The Cove, you’ll find The Lawn—a wide, open gathering space designed for flexibility and connection.
Whether it’s cornhole competitions, ping-pong on concrete tables, tossing a frisbee, or gathering around a fire pit, The Lawn is designed to host both spontaneous fun and intentional gatherings.
It’s a place where community happens naturally.

The Grove
For the four-legged members of the neighborhood, The Grove offers a spacious, fenced dog park where pets can run freely and neighbors can connect just as easily.

The Point
At the far end of the community lies The Point, an additional public access to Wolftever Creek.
This creates a rare and interactive experience—residents can step into the water near The Cove and float their way downstream to The Point, turning the creek into a living connection between spaces.

Beyond the amenities, the vision for Nature’s Cove is woven into the very fabric of the community itself—especially the streetscape.
Nature’s Cove is designed to be highly walkable, welcoming, and active for all ages. The streets are gently contoured and intentionally flat, making it easy for everyone—from young children to those further along in life—to move comfortably throughout the neighborhood.
Sidewalks line the community, and charming gas-lit lanterns create a warm, inviting glow in the evenings. Each home is framed with a classic picket fence along the sidewalk, creating a cohesive and timeless aesthetic that makes every street feel connected, safe, and full of character.
This isn’t just about appearance—it’s about lifestyle.
At GreenTech Homes, we believe deeply in creating communities that promote walkability, engagement, and healthy living. Nature’s Cove reflects that philosophy at every turn, offering spaces and design elements that encourage people to be outside, to move, and to connect.
That same intentionality carries into the homes themselves.
Nature’s Cove features some of the widest and most functional homesites we’ve ever developed—designed to provide more natural light, more usable outdoor space, and a greater sense of openness between homes.
We’ve also created a range of approachable price points to serve different walks of life, paired with highly customizable floor plans that allow homeowners to design a space that truly fits their lifestyle. With thoughtfully curated options and a streamlined process, homeowners can create something personal and meaningful—without unnecessary complexity.
From the home, to the backyard, to the streetscape, to the preserved natural surroundings and amenity spaces—every layer of Nature’s Cove has been considered.
And all of it is set within a location that offers both tranquility and convenience.
