Our quick move-in homes are new construction that's finished or nearly finished. Each home is professionally designed in-house, reflecting current trends and homeowner-favorite features. The thoughtful design is already done for you.

The advantage here is certainty. You can walk the actual property before you buy it, stand in the kitchen, check out the closets, get a feel for the light in the living room, so there's no guessing about what you're getting. It's a great fit if you know a great layout when you see it and would rather move forward than start from a blank page.

The Home You Build From the Ground Up

A custom build flips that experience. Instead of choosing from what's already there, you start with 25+ customizable floor plans and can speak with our professionals in our on-site design studio, where you can personalize additional aspects of the property, including:

• the floor plan itself
• exterior elevations with a range of style options
• interior finishes, from countertops and flooring to cabinetry

Our design team walks you through those choices one by one, plus the details that pull a home together: how your lighting layers from room to room, which paint palette suits the space, where the finishing touches go. Everything on the menu is pre-vetted to GreenTech's own durability and quality standards, so however you mix and match, the result holds up.

The tradeoff is time. Once your selections are locked in, our construction team still has to build the home, so a custom home takes longer to reach move-in day than one that's already standing.
